problem while sign in

guys can i know why i have a problem when i am trying to sign in using the account it tells me something went wrong while attempting to sign you in 

 

please some help:)

    "Delete the web browser data" (there is a button for this in the Steam client, under Settings (Preferences for Mac) > In Game.
