Problem launching games

So i have this problem when i try to lunch persona 5 royal it says "steam is currently in offline mode for the first launch go in online mode"

then when i go online it says "something went wrong for solution please visit https://support.codefusion.technology/P5R_9AG4H12/?e=88500006&l=english "

it happend with lies of p before so i think the problem have somthing to do with denuvo

Do anyone know how can i fix this

    it's been like 3 days now and i'm still getting the same problem 

    btw should i keep launching the game on online or offline mode ?
